Drone and Aerial Media Disclaimer
All drone and aerial media services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, FAA rules, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, safety considerations, property access, and pilot discretion. Bonce Stanley Media LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or decline any drone operation if conditions are unsafe, restricted, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable for flight.
Drone services are not guaranteed for every property or location. Certain areas may require authorization, may be restricted, or may not be legally or safely accessible for drone operations.
Property Readiness and Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, staged, accessible, photo-ready, and safe at the scheduled shoot time. Bonce Stanley Media LLC is not responsible for moving furniture, cleaning, staging, landscaping, hiding personal items, opening locked areas, controlling pets, or correcting property conditions that affect the final media.
If a property is not ready, accessible, or safe at the scheduled appointment time, additional fees, rescheduling fees, or cancellation fees may apply.
Image Appearance and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to create professional, accurate, and visually appealing media. However, lighting, weather, time of day, staging, property condition, camera angle, editing style, screen displays, and image compression may affect the appearance of final photos and videos.
Images and videos may be edited for brightness, color, contrast, vertical alignment, clarity, sky appearance, and general presentation. We do not guarantee that every image will perfectly represent how a property appears in person under all conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bonce Stanley Media LLC retains the copyright and ownership of all photos, videos, drone media, floor plans, reels, graphics, and other media we create.
Clients receive a limited license to use delivered media for the agreed-upon real estate marketing, listing promotion, builder marketing, social media, and related business purposes. Media may not be sold, transferred, edited, redistributed, licensed to third parties, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission from Bonce Stanley Media LLC.
Builders, agents, brokerages, property owners, vendors, publications, and other third parties must obtain written permission before using our media outside the original agreed purpose.
Media Accuracy and Modifications
Bonce Stanley Media LLC strives to deliver high-quality, professional media that accurately represents the subject property. However, final deliverables may include adjustments for lighting, color correction, and minor object removal (such as tripod reflections or camera gear) to enhance visual quality. We do not perform structural alterations or misrepresent the physical condition of a property through digital editing.
Any requests for significant digital alterations, including virtual staging variations or removal of permanent fixtures, must be explicitly approved and may be subject to additional service fees. Customers are encouraged to review all media upon delivery to ensure it meets their specific marketing requirements.
